We recently bought a house from Romans and Joshua Mann was our main contact. Joshua and Lower Earley team was really helpful and friendly. We were trying to beat the stamp duty rise in April and Joshua didn't let us down. He chased down all parties and managed to sort out in time. I would highly recommend them for selling or buying property with them.

Izzy handled the viewings expertly. In addition, Adam and Josh were extremely helpful in looking after the property between it being sold subject to contract and completion. We moved away from the area recently and, without exaggerating, Josh and Romans were the only ray of light in the entire process. Romans have managed my property for a number of years. Jess has done a great job of looking after the tenant exit, entry and a full redecoration. Romans internal processes are at times a little frustrating but Jess has helped massively navigate and get to the right outcome.
