I can’t recommend Romans Estate Agents in Yateley enough. After previously trying to sell my house through another local high street estate agent, I was really disappointed with the lack of communication/care. They didn’t keep me updated or provide any useful feedback, which left me feeling frustrated and left with no real game plan as to how we were going to achieve a sale. Thankfully, I decided to give Romans a try, and the experience was completely different. From the start, Dan and Chris were incredibly professional and attentive. Initially met Dan in August when he came to value my parents' house, for a social services assessment. Dan listened to what I told him, and I felt he was upfront and honest with me. When I decided to put the house on the market in February, I immediately contacted Dan without hesitation. Estate agents do come under fire on social media and it was refreshing and reassuring to meet Dan and to have him market the property. A lovely chap who I have no hesitation in recommending.
